  • All packages are subject to availability. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received and we have notified you of your hospitality booking.
  • Tickets sold within the hospitality package/s are sold subject to the terms and conditions as detailed on the ticket
  • The price paid for each hospitality package includes the cost of a concert ticket (sold at face value), hospitality service, booking and postage fee, food and/or drinks as applicable
  • The hospitality suite will be shared with other parties who have booked through Arenabox. We can only guarantee a private suite when you book for a party of 18.
  • All hospitality packages are non-refundable and cannot be sold on to a third party. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Any hospitality packages found to be sold on or advertised on any other internet sites other than Arenabox Limited and our ticketing partners TicketlineUK Limited will automatically be cancelled and deemed null and void.
  • Any person found responsible for the breach of these terms and conditions will incur a penalty fee equivalent to the total price paid for the hospitality package/s, in addition to the cancellation of the hospitality package/s.
  • If you are purchasing an Arenabox package as a gift for another person, please state their name in the “Name” field above.
  • Arenabox reserve the right to refuse entry to our suites to any such persons that are not listed on our database/guest list and appropriate identification may be requested upon arrival
  • For all debit/credit card/paypal payments, please allow up to 7 days for your booking to be processed and dispatched. For all cheque payments, please allow up to 14 days for your booking to be processed and dispatched.
  • If paying by cheque, payment must be received within 3 working days from date of booking. If we do not receive payment by this time, your booking will automatically be cancelled. We cannot accept cheque payments for bookings whereby the event date is less than 14 days from the booking date.
  • The person who makes a booking will be accepting the above terms and conditions on behalf of the whole party. It is this person’s responsibility to ensure that all members of the party are aware of and accept the whole of these terms and conditions
  • Your booking is not final until payment is received.
